How do I get my guests to their Table ?

Our Table Plans show the Guests names in Alphabetical order, with their Table Number alongside our Escort Cards. A folded free standing card with the Guest names on the front and the Table Number on page 3 inside. Another alternative is our small A7 boioklet – Guest Name and Table on the front page, Menu and Toasts on the inside pages.

How do I seat my Guests at the right sear around the Table

You can either use our freestanding Place Card which has the Guest Name on the front or our Bookmark Place Card has a toast on the back, and the Menu with guest name at the front and can stand next to a Wine Glass or is folded to show the top of a napkin.

Can I give my Guests a Menu?

We can provide Traditional Menus, a 4 page printed booklet with the event details on the front, the Order of Events and the Menu inside.

Can you do a Table Number or Name card

We have two versions of our Table Number/Name Cards. Our first is in a freestanding inverted V Style option, showing the number or name on both visible sides. The second version is a Double Sided A5 Card that can clip into a table number holder.
